Accoring to our sources Kamal Hassan has purchased the remake rights of the movie and has started the plans to remake the movie in Tamil. The story is about a series of event that happened on a Wednesday.

A terrorist takes over Mumbai on a Wednesday and the commissioner and his whole police force fight against him. There are rumours that Kamal Hassan will be playing the character of the terrorist while the police commissioner's role would be portrayed by Mamootty.
